A perceptive film about man's favorite sport, woman chasing. So many women,so little time. Charles Aznavour, the greatest singer and song writer who ever lived, and well deserving of the accolade from Time magazine naming him the greatest entertainer of the twentieth century, appears here in one of his 60 French films. In this world of carnal pleasures and inhuman humans Mr. Aznavour is seeking true love. So is his compatriot Jacques Charrier for that matter, but he is not so anxious for the 'ball and chaiin',remembering the proverb; "He who cannot be satisfied with the pleasures a woman can give him in one night puts his head in a noose". Gather ye rosebuds while ye may and,if you have the money, extend the while ye may indefinitely.

If you'd like to spend a night roaming the streets of Paris circa the late 50s, then you'll enjoy this little film.
