A 'B' film made notable by Erich Von Stroheims inimitable prescence. A power mad adventurer's organization is currently blowing up English military ships in the Mediterranean on behalf of an anti-English Arabian group. The film does have some interesting touches but films of this type are always far better in the first half. The film makers invariably spend the second half appeasing the censors and making sure the 'good guys' come out on top by whatever preposterous means they can dream up.
